What we collect
When you book or contact us we keep your name, phone number, email if you give it, your appointments, notes about your service and photos of your hair. We share a photo on our website or Instagram only with your permission.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard request logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To book and manage your appointments, send confirmations and reminders, answer your questions and, only if you agree, send you offers by text. We don't sell your information.
Consent
We collect and use your information with your consent, which you give when you book or ask us to contact you. You can withdraw it at any time; we will tell you if that stops us from booking you.
Who else handles it
We use trusted service providers to run the salon, for example to host this website, take online bookings (Setmore) and send text messages. They may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it can be subject to local law. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our text message terms.
How we protect it and how long we keep it
We limit access to client records to the people and service providers who need it. We keep your record while you are a client and delete it when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.
