How you join
You agree to texts about your appointments when you book with us and tick the box to receive texts, or when you ask us in the studio to text you.
We send offers and news only if you separately say yes to them. We keep a record of when and how you agreed. Consent is not a condition of purchase: you don't have to agree to texts to book.
What we send
- Appointment confirmations, reminders and changes.
- A request to review us after your visit.
- Offers and news, only if you said yes to them. Each one names Fifth Image, links to our contact details and tells you how to stop.
How often
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to stop all texts. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT also work. We stop texts from our number right away. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to join again.

If you booked online, reminders may come from our booking system (Setmore) instead. To stop those, follow the instructions in the message or call us.
